AdviseHER Consulting Service Agreement

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between AdviseHER Consulting (“Provider”) and the enrolling financial advisor or professional (“Participant”), effective as of the date of enrollment. By enrolling in any AdviseHER program or coaching service, Participant agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Scope

Participants’ enrollment entitles them to the components described for the specific program or coaching package they select, which may include live group coaching sessions, digital platform access, on-demand materials, one-on-one coaching, and related resources. The duration and exact deliverables are those specified in the program’s published materials.

2. Fees & Payment

• Program Fee. The total fee for any AdviseHER program or coaching package is published on the checkout page or enrollment materials and is payable in full at the time of enrollment or according to any installment plan elected by Participant.

• Non-Refundable Purchase. Participant acknowledges that, due to immediate access to proprietary online materials and reserved coaching resources, all program and coaching fees are final and non-refundable.

• Late or Missed Payments. Failure to make any required payment when due will result in suspension of access to program materials and coaching sessions until payment is received in full.

3. Participant Commitments

Participant understands that the effectiveness of the program or coaching depends entirely on Active participation. Participant agrees to:

• Attend all scheduled live sessions or coaching calls.

• Complete all assigned materials, exercises, and homework in a timely manner.

• Engage professionally and constructively within any provided community forums or peer groups.

4. Use of Feedback & Testimonials

Participant grants AdviseHER Consulting permission to use any feedback, testimonials, case studies, or success stories they provide for marketing and promotional purposes, unless Participant provides written notice to AdviseHER Consulting withdrawing this permission.

5. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

• All course materials, presentations, templates, recordings, and proprietary methodologies remain the exclusive property of AdviseHER Consulting.

• Participant is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for personal business development.

• Participant agrees to keep all program content, group discussions, and proprietary tools strictly confidential and to refrain from sharing with third parties without prior written consent.

6. Termination

• By Participant. Participant may withdraw from the program or coaching relationship at any time, but acknowledges that no refunds will be issued.

• By Provider. AdviseHER Consulting reserves the right to terminate Participant’s access for non-payment, breach of this Agreement, or behavior that disrupts the learning environment. No refunds will be granted upon such termination.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

AdviseHER Consulting provides coaching, training, and support, but does not guarantee specific financial or business results. Participants’ success depends largely on their own active engagement—attending sessions, completing assignments, implementing strategies, and participating fully in all program activities. Provider’s total liability under this Agreement is limited to the total program or coaching fees paid by Participant.
