We’re Holly and Beth, a dynamic duo with 25 years of experience in financial services and high-performance coaching, from wholesaling mutual funds to leading sales teams to becoming successful entrepreneurs and speakers. We have walked diverse paths, including writing books and excelling in the Human Performance Industry. 

Our expertise has guided advisers, executives, and aspiring entrepreneurs toward success and fulfillment from Wall Street to Main Street. Currently located in Metro New York and Philadelphia, we work with clients globally.

The programs we created are tailor-made for the unique challenges faced by women in the financial services industry. We believe women can have high-performance careers that are both sustainable and enjoyable.

  • Between the two of us, we have 5 daughters who have begun to enter the workforce. What started out as a, “Let’s meet for coffee to catch up,” turned into a full-throttle crusade to help ALL women elevate and accelerate their success without compromising their joy.

    The life you want starts here—You can have it all!

  • We are both certified Master EFT Practitioners—if you’re not sure what this is, ask us! We love talking about it.

  • We met freshman year at Rutgers University. We were roommates—and BFFs—all 4 years. Both of us majored in Finance, so we were rarely apart, so much so that some people on campus knew us as, “Holly and Beth,” but honestly didn’t know who was who!

  • We both ultimately landed at Oppenheimer Management Company in The World Trade Center. Our objective was always to help financial advisors become more successful. We served as Sales Leaders, National Account Managers, and often traveled together presenting Women and Investing and The Mutual Fund Academy nationwide. Some of our travel was hilariously reminiscent of Planes, Trains, and Automobiles!

  • Beth is a published author. She wrote the book, The Wake Up Call, which is filled with 365 motivational anecdotes and is currently available on Amazon.

    Holly attended the Sorbonne in Paris and attained French and Art History minors. Holly caught the creative and entrepreneur bug in 2002 and opened Beautiful Living, an interior design company.
